Farmers will only be able to selectively use dry cow therapy in conjunction with a veterinary surgeon and milk recording data.
There is a lot of additional information that can be harvested from milk recorded data as management tool for the dairy herd. Farmers will need a lot of useful data in terms of cows to be retained in the herd and cows to be replacements in the future.
